F1 2021 Upshift Indicators Not Working

Note that this works fine for every other sim I use it for, but not Codemasters F1 games.

The flashers on my SLI-Pro has never worked when reaching the shift RPM - only the RPM row lights work with it seemingly, but I want the flashing to work as well.

Any ideas?
