Help..Cant find folder to copy .dll file on ETS2 Steam Account

Hi..
I have purchased by Euro Truck Simulator 2
Some post on youtube says to copy the .dll file to:
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86\plugins..
But when i reached common folder, "Euro Truck Simulator 2" didn't exist!
So I created up to "plugins" folder.. but still it does not work..
