Rotation switch controlling brightness

I am having trouble with assigning one of my rotational switches to control the brightness level on the latest version of fanaleds. Every time I try and assign it to this feature, fanaleds crashes and i have to re boot the software for the controller. I have already removed and re configured a new global settings file and that did not seem to work.
is there anything anyone can recommend to me to try and fix this issue?

When I revert back to 2.3h/2.3i works fine. Currently in F1 2013. When I install any of the 2.4 Updates and assign the Global Brightness option, Fanaleds shuts down?

I´m working on pushing out Fanaleds 2.4d which should fix this!

Its been a while. Sorry for not replying sooner! Been involved in a major new computer build for my F1 Rig. Just wanted to let you know that the current update fixed the issues. Thanks again!! I've made a donation week or two ago. You guys are the shit! Fanaleds Rocks. Best-Wade!
