This is something that's possible, but only for specific hardware, and not via the GUI. To add this to the GUI and for multiple devices would be too much work right now.

Is there some documentation how to do this and on what hardware it is compatible. I have been looking and looking to no avail. I have a CSWv2 and would like to assign different shift points per gear.

There's no documentation and I believe the CSW V2 is not supported, but I can ask Dirk to shed a light on this.

It's currently not possible to achieve this on the CSW. Perhaps this will something for in the future, but I wouldn't count on it soon, sorry.
