I doubt the calibration issue is due to Fanaleds. My CSW always stops 45 degrees or so from the center. Fanaleds shouldn't be able to do this because Fanaleds can't do anything until the wheel is done with calibrating (you hear a Windows sound that a device is connected). I'm not sure what you mean ...

Yes, all games that support something like brake lock in their telemetry have this. The threshold slider is the sensitivity bar. If you go to C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Roaming\FanaLEDs (change your_username by your Windows username), do you see an iRacing profile? Have you tried to change the default profile to see if that does save?
